Use of the service
LithIQ is provided as a software tool for geological and assay reporting workflows, including data upload, QAQC review, intercept generation, and reporting outputs.
Your responsibilities
- Review outputs: You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating LithIQ outputs before relying on them for decisions.
- Uploaded content: You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use it.
- Appropriate use: You must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service operation, or upload unlawful content.
No guarantees
LithIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be free of inaccuracies.
Changes to the service
LithIQ may change over time, including updates to features, performance, or user experience. We may add, modify, or remove features as needed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LithIQ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Your use of LithIQ is at your own risk and you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions made from them.
